1. Eligibility for Returns

  • Items must be returned within 30 days of the delivery date.
  • To be eligible for a return, items must be:
    • Unused, unworn, and unwashed.
    • In their original packaging with all tags attached.
    • Free from damage caused by customer misuse or mishandling.
  • Certain items are non-returnable, including:
    • Final sale items.
    • Gift cards.
    • Undergarments and swimwear for hygiene reasons.

2. Return Process

a. Submit a Return Request

  • Email us at support@techyclothes.com with your order number and reason for the return.
  • Our team will review your request and provide a Return Authorization Number (RAN) if approved.

b. Pack and Ship the Items

  • Include your proof of purchase and write the RAN on the outside of your return package.
  • Use a secure shipping method with tracking to send the item to the address provided by our team.
  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or an error was made by TechyClothes.

3. Refunds

  • Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
  • If approved, refunds will be processed within 7-10 business days to the original payment method.
  • Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to a TechyClothes error or defective item.

4. Exchanges

  • If you wish to exchange an item, follow the same steps as the return process.
  • Exchanges are subject to item availability. If the item you want is unavailable, you will receive a refund instead.

5. Damaged or Defective Items

If your order arrives damaged or defective:

  • Contact us within 7 days of delivery at support@techyclothes.com with photos and a description of the issue.
  • We will offer a replacement, exchange, or full refund at no additional cost.

6. Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven’t received your refund within the stated timeframe:

  • First, check with your bank or credit card company, as processing times may vary.
  • If you still have not received your refund, contact us at support@techyclothes.com, and we’ll assist you further.
